Wilhelm serves as HBW’s Director of Docketing. He is dedicated to discovering better, faster and more efficient ways of managing and leveraging the docketing, information management and data analytics process. A “big picture” strategist, Wilhelm has more than 15 years of experience in the legal industry. He offers demonstrated results when utilizing even the most cutting-edge technologies in order to streamline the information management and data mining processes.
Service-oriented, amiable, a self-starter and an ardent team player, Wilhelm finds answers for both clients and colleagues alike. His strong communication skills allow him to serve as a trusted professional, particularly as the first point of contact for clients transferring information both into and out of the firm.
Wilhelm’s expertise includes full-cycle docketing, preparation and quality assurance of patent office filings from U.S., PCT and direct foreign patent applications, to all types of trademark applications. He maintains a track-record of effectively managing and synthesizing literally thousands of records at a time. Over the course of his career, Wilhelm has processed millions of documents. He remains high-energy and motivated when it comes to personnel and project management, legal office operations and staff training endeavors, as well as docketing and filing standards, processes and procedures.
Wilhelm also has served as a mentor for the Bill Wilson Center and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America. He is fluent in Spanish.
