Bill Kennedy

is engaged exclusively in intellectual property counseling, involving preparation and prosecution of patent applications, intellectual property portfolio management, and analysis of the scope and validity of patents.

Mr. Kennedy counsels clients in a wide range of technical areas, including: chemical analysis, particularly for example liquid and gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, microfluidics and biomolecular arrays; biomedical technologies, including medical instruments and devices, particularly for drug delivery, diagnostics, and surgery; and materials, particularly organic and bio-organic polymers and microelectronics, and including nanoscale technologies. Mr. Kennedy also has extensive experience in biotechnologies, including molecular biology, immunology and genetics.
